Research Topics

My research topics include:

i. Climate change and human activities (e.g. land use change, hydropower development) impacts on freshwater fish and ecosystems

ii. Fish habitat suitability and fish distribution modeling with machine learning methods.

iii. Research on response of fish behavior (e.g. migration, distribution, spawning) to  hydropower operation (e.g. hydropeaking) to support river restoration

iv. Food web and trophic model for mass and energy flow to support ecosystem restoration.
